Frankie Gray - In The Air (Song Review #13)

When Frankie Gray released his second song "In The Air", he knew he needed to go as hard and as real as possible. One of his goals with this song was to show the truest sides of himself; from his struggles to the way his mind has involved over the years.

Frankie Gray expresses a bit behind his inspiration for "In The Air":

I always loved Beanie Sigels “Feel It In The Air” track. That song has always touched me. He spoke a lot of truth in it. I admired his vulnerability he showed, not many artists do that these days I feel. And that sample is crazy. Those horns are very simple but hit so deeply.

We asked Frankie what he wants his fans to feel or know when listening to "In the Air" and he said:

I just want them to truly listen. I’m spitting my heart out. Life isn’t always great. We’ll go thru hard times until the day were gone. It’s about how we use those moments to help fuel our ambition when things aren’t looking the brightest.
